CONSUMPTION
When used as a dietary supplement for athletes: One serving – 25 grams (2-3 tbsp).

If you use it as a dietary supplement for non-athletes, the recommended daily intake depends on your diet. Perfect for desserts, salads, soups, smoothies, baked goods, garnishes, and it is also super tasty when eating by itself.

STORAGE
Once opened, store in a cool, dry, dark place (up to + 10C), preferably in a refrigerator. Avoid heat and sunlight, water and humidity.
