I make my own also, same thing! 2 1/2 tblsp of coconut oil + 2 1/2 tblsp of Shea butter + 1/4 of arrowroot + 1 1/2 tbsp baking soda. Mix it all up then add essential oil then refrigerate for 20-30 minutes!
You can also make a simpler recipe and take out the Shea and arrowroot if you don’t have it, it just makes a smoother texture and lasts longer.0

I use Alum stone. It’s a good astringent and antiseptic0

I use baking soda, add few drops of lavendar oil and tea tree oil to it. I rub it under my arms every morning, and after shower.0
